      Expression of poloUbi.T:Avic\GFP partially rescues the severity of the cardiac defects seen in Df(3R)Exel6157 and in Df(1)CHES-1-like1 embryos. Both the defects in asymmetric cell division and in symmetric cell division seen in the cardiac progenitors are rescued.
