      Expression of ImpL2GX4499 in fat cells under the control of Scer\GAL4Switch1.106 significantly extends the lifespan in both sexes compared to control flies. Adulhood-only under the control of either Scer\GAL4da.Switch.PT or Scer\GAL4Act5C.Switch.PR leads to a significant decrease in lifespan compared to controls.
