The expression of Ten-mScer\UAS.T:Zzzz\TEV.CS,T:Zzzz\FLAG,T:Ivir\HA1,T:Zzzz\His6 under the control of Scer\GAL4hh-Gal4 results in third instar larval class I abdominal dorsal multidendritic ddaE neurons exhibiting significantly less dendrite branch terminals spanning the Hh-positive epithelial domain and their secondary dendrite branches show significantly less directional bias towards the posterior, as compared to controls.
The expression of Ten-mScer\UAS.T:Zzzz\TEV.CS,T:Zzzz\FLAG,T:Ivir\HA1,T:Zzzz\His6 under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PG results in third instar larval class IV abdominal dorsal multidendritic ddaC neurons exhibiting no difference in the number of dendrite branch terminals but the dendrite branches are significantly more directionally biased towards the posterior, as compared to controls; expression under the control of Scer\GAL4221 has no significant effect on the directionality or number of dendrite brach terminals of third instar larval class I abdominal dorsal multidendritic ddaE neurons, as compared to controls.
