Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of prom coding sequences where four predicted N-glycosylation sites have been mutated and the first 38 amino acids of bovine rhodopsin has been added upstream of the first methionine of prom (the bovine rhodopsin sequence acts as an epitope tag).
