      Expression of tshΔZn2.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.PS induces ectopic eyes in 1% of antennal discs. The ectopic eyes produced are smaller than those seen when a full length tsh construct, tshScer\UAS.cDa, is expressed.

      Cell proliferation appears normal in antennal disc clones expressing tshΔZn2.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Scer\FRT.Act5C.
