      Expression of tshΔZn3.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.PS induces ectopic eyes in the almost 100% of antennal discs. The ectopic eyes produced are larger than those seen when a full length tsh construct, tshScer\UAS.cDa, is expressed.

      Antennal disc clones expressing tshΔZn1.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Scer\FRT.Act5C exhibit tissue overgrowth throughout the disc.
