Description

Contains a 14kb genomic fragment from BACR11D14 (coordinates 2L:4218616..4232796 , release 5 genome) encompassing RpL40 and CG3702. Five sequence tags approximately 200bp long encompassing various fragments of the EGFP form of Avic\GFP, Ppyr\LUC and Rren\LUC have been incorporated into the genomic fragment (one tag each in the 3'UTRs of RpL40 and CG3702 and three into non-transcribed regions).
