A 1.2kb Asp718-AscI fragment containing the wild type CtBP gene encoding 383 amino acids flanked by the SV40 3' untranslated region and fused in frame to a Tag:MYC tag at the N-terminus is regulated by the ubiquitin promoter.

      About 65% of CtBP87De-10, CtBPUbi.T:Hsap\MYC flies show an extra macrochaete phenotype on the dorsal thorax.
