      Expression of Rho1Scer\UAS.T:Myr-Src64B in the nervous system under the control of Scer\GAL4Appl.G1a does not result in a degenerative phenotype, even when aged for 20 days. However, expression in the eye, under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in progressive degeneration of the retina. Whereas 5 day old flies appear indistinguishable from control flies, 30 day old flies revel several vacuole in the retina. This does not affect the thickness of the retina.
