      Expression of Ada2a::Ada2b2a2b.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU partially rescues the pupal P5 stage lethality of Ada2bd842 animals, with over 50% of the animals reaching the pharate adult (P14) stage. A small fraction of animals emerge as adults, but they die within 12 hours of hatching, with their wings still folded.

      Expression of Ada2a::Ada2b2a2b.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU fails to rescue the late third instar larval lethality of Ada2ad189 animals.
