      Expression using Scer\GAL4ey-OK107 results in 100% of mushroom body lobes stopping shortly at the end of peduncle.

      Scer\GAL4ey-OK107-mediated expression of Hr51miRNA.Scer\UAS.b results in loss of the five adult mushroom body-characteristic axon lobes in most cases - some axons do fully extend. When expressed in a Df(2R)ED2426/+ background, this mushroom body axonal lobe defect is complete.
