Flies co-expressing su(Hw)mF10.Act5C.T:Ecol\lexA and wLexABR.En exhibit weak eye colour phenotypes. 4/5 insertion lines show some degree of pigmentation loss.

Flies co-expressing su(Hw)mF10.Act5C.T:Ecol\lexA and yLexABR.En exhibit cuticle pigmentation defects. 2/5 insertion lines examined show light pigmentation.

Co-expression of su(Hw)mF10.Act5C.T:Ecol\lexA partially suppresses the eye color defects seen in flies expressing wLexABR.UbxPRE. Darker eye colours are observed in all insertion lines examined.

Co-expression of su(Hw)mF10.Act5C.T:Ecol\lexA partially suppresses the cuticle pigmentation defects seen in flies expressing yLexABR.UbxPRE. Darker pigmentation is observed in 2/5 insertion lines examined.
