    Detailed Description
    Statement
    Reference

Heterozygotes, homozygotes, RyRΔ25/RyRGS21220 and RyRk04913/RyRGS21220 animals show resistance to halothane compared to wild type.

RyRk04913/RyRGS21220 animals show resistance to sevoflurane, enflurane and isoflurane compared to wild type.

Heterozygotes show resistance to enflurane compared to wild type.

RyRΔ25/RyRGS21220 adults are significantly less active than wild-type flies.

    Comments

RyR+tCH321-24D03 rescues the halothane-resistant phenotype of RyRGS21220/+ animals.

Expression of RyRScer\UAS.T:SV5\V5 under the control of Scer\GAL4nrv2.PS restores sensitivity to halothane in RyRk04913/RyRGS21220 animals.
