Expression of Mmus\Cplx1Scer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 partially rescues the elevation of spontaneous release seen at the neuromuscular junction in cpxSH1 third instar larvae. The EPSC amplitude in the rescued animals is elevated compared to wild type.
