      Expression of lovScer\UAS.cBa in the female germline using Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16 results in near normal hatching rates, but the unhatched eggs show defects including a thin eggshell, aberrant dorsal appendages, appearing unsealed at the anterior, and exhibiting incomplete nurse cell dumping.

      Expression of lovScer\UAS.cBa in the female germline using Scer\GAL4c532, Scer\GAL4c355 or Scer\GAL4c204 results in essentially no adults.
