      In EndoAΔ4/EndoA26 transheterozygotes containing a copy of EndoAT:Avic\GFP-CyPet, the presynaptic region of third instar larval neuromuscular junctions does not present abnormal density of autophagosome (detected as fluorescent puncta of Atg8 or Lamp in confocal microscopy images) under normal diet, nor defects in starvation-induced formation of autophagosomes, as compared to controls.
