      Expression of PP2A-B'Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Cg.PA does not induce the formation of autophagic vacuoles under fed conditions. However, under starvation conditions a massive accumulation of autophagic vacuoles is seen in late second instar larvae.

      Expression of PP2A-B'Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU in clones of larval fat body cells results in the accumulation of autophagic structures.
