Description

UASt regulates expression of Sdc in which a heterologous GPI anchor sequence (from dlp) replaces the Sdc transmembrane and cytoplasmic domains, tagged at the N-terminus of the extracellular domain (i.e after the signal peptide sequence) with 2x Tag:FLAG.
