An 8.9-kb su(s) genomic DNA fragment, which includes sequences from the -973 nucleotide to the +7962 nucleotide, and which bears a Cys350Gly mis-sense mutation in the first zinc finger (ZF1) motif, and a Cys374Gly and a His378Gly mis-sense mutation in the second zinc finger (ZF2) motif.
