Expression of Hsap\STMN1^tub.PD partially suppresses the posterior paralysis "tail-flip" phenotype seen in stai^B200 mutant larvae. 40% of flies exhibit a phenotype compared to 77% in the stai^B200 mutants alone. The severity is also reduced; only 9% exhibit a robust phenotype (as opposed to mild) compared to 70%.

Expression of Hsap\STMN1^tub.PD rescues the altered morphology of individual axons within segmental nerve bundles of stai^B200 mutant larvae.
