Description

Genomic fragment (BAC clone CH322-183D24) containing Tab2. Sequence encoding the tdTomato fluorescent protein and three copies of the Tag:HA tag have been inserted into the Tab2 coding region at exactly the same location as the P{GawB} insertion is located in the P{GawB}Tab2201Y enhancer trap line. The tags are in antisense orientation compared to the direction of Tab2 transcription.
