      Fly hearts expressing Scer\GAL4tin.CΔ4>Ras85DV12C40.Scer\UAS have enlarged end-diastolic dimensions compared with controls. Histological analysis of cardiac chambers from adult transgenic flies show heart wall thickness that is similar to that of controls. The number of cardiomyocytes in the transgenic hearts is also similar to that of wild-type.
