A Tag:MYC-tagged mod(mdg4)2.2 isoform (coding region and 5' and 3'UTRs) is flanked by T7 promoter and T7 terminator hairpin sequences, resulting in the production of untranslatable mod(mdg4)2.2 transcripts.
