Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the coding sequence corresponding to the cpx-RU isoform (derived from the GH27718 cDNA clone) with the codon for the last amino acid removed (this corresponds to the lesion in cpx1257). The protein is tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP.
