Description

The first and third edited adenosines of the 'editing site complementary sequence' (ECS) cis element (located in para intron 19) have been mutated to guanosines (mimicking complete ADAR modification at these sites). A 76bp fragment containing a single loxP site is also inserted within para intron 19.
