The expression of Hsap\HTTQ25.ex1p.UAS.EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4P2.4.Pdf does not seem to have a major effect on circadian behavior, nor on the number of sLNv neurons.

3 week old flies expressing Hsap\HTTQ25.ex1p.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4HCH.Hand show no significant difference in heart function (quantified by systolic diameter, diastolic diameter, systolic interval, diastolic interval, fractional shortening and arrhymicity index) compared to controls.

Aggregates of Hsap\HTT protein are not seen in the eyes of flies expressing Hsap\HTTQ25.ex1p.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU.

Co-expressing Hsap\HTTQ25.ex1p.UAS.EGFP and Atx2UAS.Tag:FLAG, Hsap\HTTQ25.ex1p.UAS.EGFP and Atx2ΔPAM2.UAS.Tag:FLAG, or Hsap\HTTQ25.ex1p.UAS.EGFP and Atx2ΔLsm.UAS.Tag:FLAG, under the control of Scer\GAL4P2.4.Pdf, severely impairs circadian behavior, as compared to Hsap\HTTQ25.ex1p.UAS.EGFP and wild-type controls.
