      Expression of Atg14HMC04086 under the control of Scer\GAL4Myo31DF-NP0001 results in a non-significant, small increase in size of the gastric caeca 4 hrs after puparium formation, and a non-significant, small decrease in autophagy levels 2 hrs after puparium formation, as compared to controls.

      Expression of Atg14HMC04086 under the control of Scer\GAL4cg.PU results in a decrease in starvation-induced autophagy in the larval fat body, as compared to controls.
