      Scer\GAL4ap-md544- or Scer\GAL4en-e16E-mediated expression of conuScer\UAS.T:Uuuu\Myr5,T:Zzzz\FLAG causes overgrowth and folding of the wing disc epithelium.

      Scer\GAL4en-e16E-mediated expression of conuScer\UAS.T:Uuuu\Myr5,T:Zzzz\FLAG causes increased proliferation in the posterior half of the wing disc, a more cuboidal cell shape in both disc proper and peripodial cells, and apical extrusion of some cells.

      Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1-mediated expression of conuScer\UAS.T:Uuuu\Myr5,T:Zzzz\FLAG results in a shortening of the wing disk epithelium and apical extrusion of some cells.

      Scer\GAL4GMR.PF-mediated expression of conuScer\UAS.T:Uuuu\Myr5,T:Zzzz\FLAG results in a slightly rough eye.
