      Leaky expression of Ino80hs.PN results in an acceleration of the timing of head eversion compared to controls, with 50% of the animals having everted their heads by 13.25 hours after puparium formation (an acceleration of approximately 45 minutes). In addition, there is nearly a 1 day acceleration of overall development to eclosion.

      Leaky expression of Ino80hs.PN is able to rescue both the lethality and sterility observed in homozygous Ino80psg25 and Ino80psg25/Df(3R)ED5942 animals. In addition, the developmental delay seen in Ino80psg25/Df(3R)ED5942 animals is also rescued.
