Description

UAS regulatory sequences and an Hsp70 promoter are fused upstream of a mutated form of the male-specific fru "MB" isoform, which contains multiple mutations in key Cys residues of the C[[2]]H[[2]] Zn-finger domain. The protein is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:Dam.
