dpp imaginal disc enhancer sequences drive expression of the 'LHV[[1]]' lexA::VP16 driver, which is composed of Ecol\lexA (providing DNA binding specificity), the hinge region of Scer\GAL4 and one copy of the minimal VP16 activation domain flanked by two mutated VP16 activation domains.
