      Expression of diadsRNA.Scer\UAS.cUa in air sac primordia (ASP) during the L3 stage results in decreased ASP growth and morphological abnormalities. Compared with controls, the number of cytonemes is also decreased, and many of the cytonemes that extend from mutant ASPs are abnormally short and have blunt tips.
