Toll-7P8/Toll-7P114;Toll-626/Toll-631 double mutant third instar larvae have slightly fewer eve-positive neurons in the ventral nerve cord compared to wild-type controls, but the effect is not statistically significant.

The moderate loss of eve-positive neurons (from the lateral, EL, and U/CQ eve[+] clusters) in the embryonic central nervous system characteristic for Myd88kra-56 mutants is not exacerbated by combination with two copies of either Toll-7P8 or Toll-626. However, in Myd88kra-56 Toll-7P8;Toll-626 triple mutant embryos the neuronal loss is enhanced further as in addition to loss of neurons from the EL+U/CQ clusters, the number of neurons in the aCC pCC and RP2 groups are also reduced compared to controls.

Toll-7P8/Toll-7P114;Toll-626/Toll-631 double mutant larvae crawl more slowly than controls.
