      Expression of phosphomimetic yrt5D.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 results in mild epithelial morphogenesis defects, characterised by the presence of small ventral holes. Development of anterior structures and apical-basal polarity are unaffected.
