      Individuals expressing yrtΔFA.UAS.Tag:FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 do not show significant embryonic lethality.

      Expression of yrtΔFA.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of yrt5D.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 does not affect epithelial cell polarity. Expression of yrtΔFA.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG has a limited impact on embryo survival.
