Imprecise excision of the P{EPgy2}McrEY07421 insertion, leaving 25bp of the 3'end of the P{EPgy2} element, and 26 nucleotides that are an incomplete duplication of Mcr sequence. The entire coding sequence of Mcr is intact and the upstream Bsg gene is also unaffected.
