Comment:

Approximate boundaries of deletion that is reported to remove residues 512-604. Residue 604 is the last amino acid of the exon and it was not reported if the deletion breakpoint falls within the intron. It was inferred that the deletion description is relative to the shorter Pak isoforms (e.g. Pak-PA).

      I suspect that there may be some correspondence between the psg4a, psg4b and psg4c Pak alleles from this paper and the Pak alleles from FBrf0207097 (3629 and 5780), but no reply to my query asking for details, so had to make new, separate alleles for the Pak alleles in this paper for now. Note for ARGS curation - I don't know whether the numbers given for the deletion (512-604) correspond to nucleotide or amino acid coordinates - sorry. gm140729.
