Description

Part of the hh first exon (including the ATG site and all the coding sequence of this exon) has been deleted. The deleted sequence has been replaced with the following reintegrated sequence: 1. an FRT cassette containing the hh open reading frame tagged with the Tag:OLLAS epitope, 2. sequence encoding a QF driver and 3. a loxP cassette containing the Disc\RFPmCherry.3xP3 marker. The QF coding region is not expressed due to the presence of the upstream FRT cassette. A recombined attP/B site is present 5' to the tagged hh coding region.
