      Meiosis I spindles of Klp10ANT.T:Avic\GFP-S65T oocytes are frequently abnormal with multiple or split poles and frayed spindle fibers. Mature meiosis I spindles are ~0.7-fold shorter in length than controls and are more vertical in angle relative to the cortex. Spindles detach from the cortex.
