UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of wild-type Hsap\TARDBP sequences. This construct is site-specifically integrated at position 68A4 using phi-C31.
Expression of Hsap\TARDBPScer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4D42 does not affect the size of synaptic T-bars or the number of tethered vesicles. The EJC amplitude and quantal content is not affected by Hsap\TARDBPScer\UAS.cMa expression.
