UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of nSyb which is tagged at the N-terminal end with CLIPf-tag (resulting in a cytoplasmic location for the tag). The CLIPf-tag tag allows rapid, irreversible and specific chemical tagging of the protein produced in the presence of a fluorescent benzylcytosine derivative.
