Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the TMP-tag chemical reporter. This protein forms a covalent bond with trimethoprin derivatives, allowing rapid, irreversible and specific chemical tagging of the protein. The protein is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:Myr(Unk) (a membrane-targeting signal).
