Description

Knock-in of a SNAPf-tag tag immediately 5' to the brp stop codon. This allele was generated by first replacing the MiMIC cassette in the Mi{MIC}brpMI02987 insertion with appropriate sequence and then reducing the resulting duplication of brp sequence using I-CreI to produce the final allele.
