      The expression of TargMB08536 under the control of Scer\GAL4Tk.PS leads to fewer enteroendocrine cells and more lipid droplets in the adult anterior midgut, but not in the adult posterior midgut, as well as fewer lipid droplets in the adult fat body. Adults show increased lethality to infection with V. cholerae.
