      The expression of TmepHMC04736 under the control of Scer\GAL4VGlut.PD leads to the larval muscle 6 NMJ responding more than once to a stimulus. Third instar larvae show reduced body contraction (crawling) rates compared to controls.

      The expression of TmepHMC04736 under the control of Scer\GAL4Mhc.PW leads to third instar larvae showing increased body contraction (crawling) rates compared to controls.
