8% of eggshells from spn-F1-280.Scer\UAS.P\T.N.T:Avic\GFP-expressing flies exhibit a wild-type appearance, while 13% display a weakly ventralized eggshell with fused dorsal appendages, and 76% show a ventralized eggshell with one dorsal appendage and the remaining 3% show

a strongly ventralized eggshell with no dorsal appendages.

Approximately 98% of embryos from flies expressing spn-F1-280.Scer\UAS.P\T.N.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16 exhibit a bicaudal phenotype.
