Expression of CycB5A.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP in germline cysts, under the control of Scer\GAL4bam.T:Hsim\VP16 induces a significant number of 32-cell cysts, while expression in all germline cells of the germarium, under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16 does not affect germline cyst division.

Expression of CycB5A.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16 induces the appearance of breaking fusome in two-cell cysts. Abscission appears to be premature in germline stem cells and two-cell cysts.

Expression of CycB5A.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4bam.T:Hsim\VP16 does not generate a phenotype.
