26bp deletion in the ena 3'UTR, removing the seed sequence of the ban miRNA response element. Four nucleotide substitutions (T to G, TCC to GGT) are also present upstream of the deletion.

Comment:

Deletion of 26 bases in the ena 3' UTR including the seed sequence of the mir-ban miRNA response element. The sequence immediately upstream from the deleted region also changed from TTTCC to gTggt.
