mir-92a^KO/Df(3R)BSC321 embryos show a significant increase in primordial germ cell number compared to controls.

mir-92a^KO/mir-92a^GFPKO adults have smaller eyes than normal and show an expansion of the trichome field on the femur of the second leg.
