UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutant form of Scr lacking the DYTQL motif (a D111Q substitution and deletion of amino acids 112-118), KMAS motif (replacement of residues 384-387 (KMAS) with alanines) and CTD domain (deletion of amino acids 388-390).
